Piecing It Together with Willem de Kooning

On Wednesday, January 11th, we were fortunate enough to have the Long Island Children's Museum visit and teach us about the art and life of Willem de Kooning. Teens used brushes and ink to do blind figure drawings and then used the drawings to create an abstract collage on canvas. This was such an amazing program! The artistic talent of our teens really shined!
