On Wednesday, July 21st at 3pm we will be decorating super cute summer cupcakes to go with our summer reading theme, Make Waves @ Your Library.  This program is open to Westbury and Carle Place teens in grades 7 -12.  It is free, but registration is required.  Sign - up today!
